Part of the original Kimball Boarding House on Limestone, this residence on South Upper was converted into two contemporary condos. The original structure did not include a kitchen, so two brand new kitchen spaces were added. These condominiums include smart panel for phone/data/ and cable, keyless entry, surround sound, and exposed duct work. Additionally, although most structural items, including the main beams throughout were replaced, we were able to reuse the original woodwork.
